Yes. Every Joyguru piece is thrown, pressed or finished by hand in our studio. Small variations in size, colour and texture are natural and are not considered defects.
Each piece is wrapped individually and protected with layered, recyclable packaging. We inspect every order before dispatch and share tracking details when it leaves us.
Most orders dispatch within 2–4 working days and arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Custom and wholesale orders have a separate timeline.
Absolutely. Visit our wholesale page or email sujit@joyguruenterprise.in with your business details, product interest and estimated quantities.
Care varies by product. We list the relevant care notes on every product page. When in doubt, gentle hand washing with a soft sponge is the kindest option.
Please photograph the outer package and the piece, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right under our refund and replacement policy.
